CO, Half-Ironman Finisher
I was looking for a nutritionist that could help me in my nutrition planning for my
first attempt at a 1/2 ironman. I had heard that nutrition is as important as training.
Patrick provided me a customized fluid and fuel plan for all of my races through
the season. He also encouraged me to try different eating options during training
sessions and other races. Based on my feedback, he would alter my plan. I strongly
